"राजनीति जिसका वास्तविक अर्थ है जनता को,जनता के लिए,जनता के द्वारा!"  पर क्या आज की परिवेश में यह शब्द सही रुप से परिभाषित हो रहा है ?
मेरी कलम से.......
   आइए एक नजर राजनीति पर डालते हैं क्या है वास्तविक राजनीति या यूं कहें की राजनीति का वास्तविक कर्तव्य क्या होता है? वास्तविक रूप में देखा जाए तो एक देश को पूर्ण रूप से आर्थिक सामाजिक धार्मिक और राजनैतिक रूप से पूर्ण उन्नति प्रदान करना ही राजनीति का मुख्य उद्देश्य होता है। एक देश अगर पूर्ण रूप से उन्नति प्रदान करता है, तो इसका सबसे बड़ा श्रेय उस देश के राजनैतिक कार्य पद्धति को ही जाता है।इसे समझने के लिए पहले हम राजनेताओं के कर्तव्यों और उनकी जिम्मेदारियों को समझना होगा एक संपन्न लोकतंत्र ही एक देश को विश्व के मानचित्र पर स्थापित करने में सक्षम हो पाता है।
     परंतु आज के भौगोलिक परिवेश में क्या इस नियम का विधिपूर्वक पालन किया जा रहा है। यह बात हमे और आप को अपने स्वविवेक से सोचना होगा ! जहां एक ओर आम नागरिक कठिन परिश्रम कर अपनी पूरी जिंदगी की कमाई से अपने बच्चों कि बेहतर भविष्य की सपना संजोए बैठा है। इस भाग दौड़ में अपने बारे में या अपनी जरूरतों के बारे में वह पूरी तरह से भूल चुका है, उसका मुख्य उद्देश्य अपने बच्चों या उनके आने वाली पीढ़ियों की उन्नति में ही प्रयासरत है तो वहीं दूसरी तरफ राजनेता अपनी एक अलग दुनिया का निर्माण कर बैठे हैं।
आधुनिक राजनीति लगभग लगभग व्यापारीकरण प्रक्रिया  पर  अग्रसर हो चुका है या यूं समझे यह एक बहुत बड़े उद्योग धंदा के रूप में दिखने लगा  है। यह अपने मूल्य उद्देश्य "सेवा की भावना" से काम करने के विपरीत निजी लाभ हेतु प्रयोग में लाए जाने लगा है, यही वजह है आज पूरे विश्व में राजनेता अपनी अपनी जनता के बीच विश्वास पात्रता खो रहे हैं। यह पूंजीवाद की विचारधारा आने वाले समय में और भी भयंकर रूप लेगी, जिससे विश्व भर में सामाजिक असमानता व्याप्त होने की प्रबल उम्मीद है।राजनीतिक विचारधारा वाले नेतागण यह भूल जाते हैं कि जनता की बुनियाद पर ही उनकी भविष्य टिकी हुई है साथ ही उन की कार्य पद्धति पर आम जनता की भविष्य टिकी हुई है, यह दोनों बातें एक दूसरे के समानांतर है। "आज गरीबों के हक के लिए  लड़ने वाले लोग अमीर होते जा रहे हैं,गरीब नहीं।" 
                                               आज नेताओं की पूंजी जिस रफ्तार से बढ़ रही है वह किसी देश की पूरी जीडीपी के समानांतर आकर खड़ी हो गई है। आने वाले समय में यह समस्या पूरे विश्व मे व्यापक पैमाने पर अपना पांव पसार चुकी होगी और हर देश को इस समस्या से दो चार होना पड़ेगा।अतः पूरे विश्व समुदाय को इस समस्या से निदान पाने के लिए एक वैश्विक स्तर पर एक दूसरे के साथ आर्थिक लेन-देन की पूरी ब्यौरा को पूरी सत्यता के साथ साझा करना ही एकमात्र विकल्प बच जाएगा। आज संतुलित मानव सभ्यता के विकास के लिए पूरी दुनिया को राजनीति में व्याप्त भ्रष्टाचार से लड़ने के लिए पूरी मजबूती के साथ एक मंच पर आने की आवश्यकता है। अगर आज हम एक नहीं हुए तो राजनीतिक भ्रष्टाचार आने वाले समय में "आतंकवाद" से भी बड़ी समस्या बन कर हर देश के सामने उपस्थित होगा क्योंकि कहीं ना कहीं आर्थिक विषमताएं ही बहुत बड़े समाज में असंतोष की भावनाओं को जन्म देती है। कोई भी देश किसी अन्य देशों की काला धन या अन्य गलत स्रोतों से आई हुई धन को अपने यहां आसानी से संचय जामा ना करें।
                           "किसी भी व्यक्ति द्वारा किसी अन्य देश में बड़ी धनराशि जमा करने से पूर्व उसके देश के वित्त मंत्रालय और इनकम टैक्स डिपार्टमेंट से सत्यता प्रमाण पत्र(no objection certificate) की मांग करें और उसके बाद ही उसका पैसा अपने देश में जमा करें"
                               इस विकट और विपरीत परिस्थितियों में हमें और ज्यादा मजबूती के साथ अपनी कर्तव्यों और अधिकारों के लिए सतर्क रहना होगा। सिर्फ पूर्ण बहुमत  से एक नेता चुन लेना ही किसी देश या राज्य की बहुत बड़ी उपलब्धि नहीं हो सकती, बल्कि उनकी सभी कार्य पद्धति पर बारीकी से नजर बनाए रखना भी हमारा प्रमुख कर्तव्य है। "क्योंकि जब रास्ते में कांटे बिछे हो और वही एक रास्ता बचा हो आगे चलने के लिए, तो हमें स्वयं ही सावधानी पूर्वक उन रास्तों पर बिछे हुए कांटो से बच कर चलते हुए अपनी मंजिल तक पहुंचने की प्रयास करनी पड़ती है।"

मेरी नजरों में:-

• कोई भी पार्टी अपनी चुनावी घोषणा पत्र में जो भी वादे करती हो उसे तय सीमा में ही पूर्ण करें अन्यथा उस पर क्रिमिनल एक्टिविटी का केस लागू हो।@ क्योंकि किसी को गुमराह करना और धोखा देना दुनिया के सभी देशों में कानूनी अपराध है। जब धोखा धड़ी कर कमाई हुई संपत्ति जप्त की जा सकती है तो उस पार्टी को भी कानूनन अवैध करार दीया जाए@
• नेताओं की पूरी संपत्ति की जांच की जाए,सत्ता में रहते हुए और सत्ता के बाद के दौरान अर्जित की हुई संपत्तियों की। उनकी संपत्ति की निगरानी के लिए एक निष्पक्ष संस्था का निर्माण किया जाए
• एक न्यूनतम शैक्षिक योग्यता का निर्धारण किया जाए।@ क्योंकि एक चपरासी के लिए भी कानूनन न्यूनतम शैक्षिक योग्यता अनिवार्य है तो राष्ट्र निर्माण हेतु चुने हुए लोगों की शैक्षिक योग्यता क्यों ना हो!@
• नेता बनने के लिए  एक राजनीतिक परीक्षा पद्धति  का  निर्माण  किया जाए  और उसे पास करने के बाद ही कोई उम्मीदवार चुनाव लड़ सके ऐसा उपाय होना चाहिए
• स्वास्थ्य शिक्षा कृषि आदि आदि विभिन्न मंत्रालयों के मंत्री को उस विभाग का संपूर्ण जानकारी या विशेषज्ञ होना चाहिए।@ क्योंकि एक अज्ञानी या अबोध बालक की हाथों में हम जलती हुई अग्नि को नहीं दे सकते@
• आजीवन घर और भत्ता केवल देश के राष्ट्रपति  और प्रधानमंत्री को ही उपलब्ध हो। क्योंकि वह उस देश के मान सम्मान और गरिमा के प्रतीक होते हैं।
• नेताओं द्वारा भ्रष्टाचार से अर्जित की हुई राष्ट त्ति के साथ साथ उनकी मूल संपत्ति का भी कुछ अंश दंड स्वरूप उनसे वसूला जाए, साथ ही साथ कठोर सजा का भी प्रावधान हो,जिससे भविष्य में अन्य कोई व्यक्ति इस प्रकार की भ्रष्टाचार में संलग्न ना हो पाए।
